太極拳經:有上即有下,有前則有後,有左則有右。上下、前後、左右皆然,凡此皆是意,不在外面。⋯周身節節貫串,毋令絲毫間斷耳。
這是兩手、兩腿、身體陰陽變化的自然現象,也是內勁連綿不絕的訓練方式。在推手互動中,只要身手輕靈,就會看到這種規律。
Yin and Yang in Harmony
The Tai Chi classics state: "Where there is above, there is below; where there is front, there is back; where there is left, there is right. This applies to all directions, and all of this is intention, not external. ... The entire body should connect seamlessly without any interruption."
This reflects the natural phenomenon of the yin and yang changes in the hands, legs, and body, as well as a training method that ensures continuous internal energy flow. In push hands interactions, as long as the movements are light and agile, this principle will become evident.
