影片中剛開始接受太極拳訓練的男同學,及已有多年學習太極拳架經驗的女同學,兩者與教練切磋推手的互動中,可以發現兩者身體的鬆柔程度、兩腿的腿力與穩定性,各有不同的差異。
因為,太極拳法講求沉肩墜肘、含胸拔背、鬆腰落胯、虛實分清等等要領,這是促進氣沉丹田,及平衡穩定身體的訓練法,只要訓練得宜,經過一段時間的練習,自然會看到成效。

Through their interactions with the coach during push hands practice, we can observe the differences in their levels of bodily softness, leg strength, and stability.

Tai Chi emphasizes principles such as sinking the shoulders and dropping the elbows, rounding the back, relaxing the waist and hips, and distinguishing between emptiness and fullness. These principles are essential for promoting the sinking of Qi into the dantian and for balancing and stabilizing the body. With proper training and consistent practice over time, noticeable results will naturally emerge.
