 內在貫串法Internal Connection Method

以輕靈的身手配合兩手動靜(陰陽)的變化,掌握肘關節,造成身體貫串的現象,使對手失衡。因為掌握對方肘關節的手,是接替腕關節的能量,而且在內側,我們稱這種訓練法為「內套接法」。
《太極拳論》:一舉動周身俱要輕靈,尤須貫串⋯由腳而腿而腰,總須完整一氣。輕靈與貫串必須從身體九大環節(肩、肘、腕、頸、背、腰、髖、膝、踝)著手,輕靈是身體放鬆的境界,貫串是合而為一的整體表現,輕靈與貫串是在一念之間。先求輕靈而後能貫串。

Internal Connection Method

Using light and agile movements combined with the dynamic interplay of the hands (yin and yang), one can master the elbow joint to create a phenomenon of body connection, causing the opponent to lose balance. The hand that controls the opponent's elbow joint takes over the energy of the wrist joint, and since it operates from the inside, we refer to this training method as the Internal Connection Method.

According to the Tai Chi Chuan Treatise: "In every movement, the entire body must be light and agile, especially needing to connect..." From the feet to the legs and waist, everything must be complete and unified. Lightness and connection must start from the nine major joints of the body (shoulders, elbows, wrists, neck, back, waist, hips, knees, and ankles). Lightness represents a state of relaxation in the body, while connection reflects a unified overall expression. Lightness and connection are intertwined in a single thought; one must first seek lightness in order to achieve connection.
