鬆柔太極拳推手是以「黏、貼、連、隨不丟頂」的要領,以輕靈的身手,牽引對手身體的中心,配合兩手動靜的變化,及兩腿進退轉換,不斷的破壞其身體的平衡,又不斷地在緊要關頭拉他一把,這是一種能激發身體潛能,又安全的訓練法。
