The Hand-back Wiping Movement of Double Push
易簡雙按的第二動是腕關節保持原空位後,藉由身體後退放鬆肩、肘、腕等關節,將手臂拉直,使兩掌自然交疊,形成抹背的現象。

From the outside, it may seem like the left palm is intentionally wiping the back of the right hand, but that is not the case. This movement is a natural phenomenon generated by the relaxation of the shoulders, elbows, and wrists, utilizing the strength of the right leg to guide the arm.
However, most people tend to mimic the action mechanically, intentionally performing the back-wiping motion. This so-called deliberate effort often leads to counterproductive results, which does not help with the agility of the arms or the sensitivity to energy.
Vertical + Slanted Pulling vs Vertical + Horizontal Pulling Both methods can work, but they operate on different biomechanical strategies. ...
