放鬆的要領,包含太極十要之虛領頂勁 、沉肩墜肘 、含胸拔背 、鬆腰落胯 、虛實分明 、用意不用力等等要訣。千萬不可以為了捋採而捋採,否則將適得其反,無法享受到放鬆後的好處。

The Eight Methods of Tai Chi—Peng, Lu, Cai, An, and others—are a natural phenomenon that occurs after the joints are relaxed.
The principles of relaxation encompass the ten essential aspects of Tai Chi, including raising the head with empty leading energy, sinking the shoulders and dropping the elbows, embracing the chest and pulling the back, relaxing the waist and sinking the hips, distinguishing between emptiness and fullness, and using intention rather than force.
It is crucial not to perform Lu and Cai merely for their own sake, as this can lead to the opposite effect and prevent one from experiencing the benefits of relaxation.
