[Supple Tai Chi Push Hands]
At the age of 96, Master Xu Ruohua (許若華) demonstrated the techniques of "sticking, adhering, connecting, and following without losing or resisting" on December 28. He repeatedly practiced the methods of Peng (掤), Lu (捋), Cai (採), and An (按) in preparation for the Push Hands Gathering on December 29.
The principles of Tai Chi align with Chapter 25 of the Tao Te Ching:
"Silent and boundless, it stands alone and does not change; it moves in cycles and is never exhausted."
The key to Supple Tai Chi Push Hands lies in emptiness, tranquility, independence, eternity, and the endless cycle of return and flow.
