The "Fair Lady Weaves Shuttle" technique is practiced using the "Original Space Position" training method. Through the use of gravity, practitioners repeatedly relax the muscles, tendons, bones, and joints of the arms, shoulders, elbows, and wrists. By relying on the strength of the waist and legs to move the shoulder, elbow, and wrist joints, the arms naturally float upward. This process of rising and falling repeats cyclically, allowing the arms to float freely between heaven and earth, unaffected by external forces. Such freedom and ease is truly remarkable.
