The True Essence of Tai Chi’s Non-Hand Movement

玉女穿梭,是以「原空位」訓練法,藉由地心引力,反覆練習手臂肌肉、韌帶、筋骨及肩、肘、腕等關節的放鬆。再藉由腰腿之力,帶動肩、肘、腕等環節,使手臂自然浮升,如此循環往復,上升後又下沉,手臂漂浮於天地之間,不受人為外力的干擾,何等的自在。

"The True Essence of Tai Chi’s Non-Hand Movement"

The "Fair Lady Weaves Shuttle" technique is practiced using the "Original Space Position" training method. Through the use of gravity, practitioners repeatedly relax the muscles, tendons, bones, and joints of the arms, shoulders, elbows, and wrists. By relying on the strength of the waist and legs to move the shoulder, elbow, and wrist joints, the arms naturally float upward. This process of rising and falling repeats cyclically, allowing the arms to float freely between heaven and earth, unaffected by external forces. Such freedom and ease is truly remarkable.
