Tai Chi Push Hands for the Visually Impaired

Tai Chi Push Hands for the Visually Impaired

Tai Chi Push Hands for the Visually Impaired

Mr. Tian is a massage therapist who is completely blind and has been practicing Tai Chi forms and push hands for two years.

The art of Tai Chi push hands is conducted in a state of adherence, connection, and following. By coordinating the transitions between movement and stillness, fullness and emptiness, and rigidity and softness, it effectively stimulates the body's various functions. This practice is particularly beneficial for completely blind individuals, as it not only trains their responsiveness but also helps prevent diseases associated with obesity.
