太極五行步法:進、退、顧、盼、定。這是太極拳前進、後腿、左轉、右轉與中定的五種基本步法,配合身體關節的鬆與定,自然產生太極八法的現象。八法的呈現是無心而為,是關節的鬆與定,配合腰腿帶動手臂所產生的現象,千萬不可以為了擠而擠。
The Fundamental Skills of Tai Chi
The five fundamental steps of Tai Chi are: advance, retreat, look left, glance right, and central equilibruim. These represent the five basic footwork movements in Tai Chi: moving forward, stepping back, turning left, turning right, and establishing a center. When combined with the relaxation and stabilization of the body's joints, these movements naturally give rise to the phenomena of the Eight Methods of Tai Chi. The manifestation of these Eight Methods occurs without conscious intention; it is the result of the relaxation and stabilization of the joints, coordinated with the movements of the waist and legs driving the arms. It is crucial not to force the movements.
